| BBQ 101: This section of saucehog.com is for information on how to bring out the flavor you like in BBQ in your backyard. Everyone has their own preference for BBQ. (Sweet, Spicy, Dry, Wet, White Sauce, Vinegar Sauce, Mesquite, Hickory, and I could go on for hours) They key to enjoying your smoker and grill is to fine tune your techniques to what you love.
